REPRESENTING PRO PLAYERS
One of our main agency services is to represent professional players. As mentioned above, we have experience finding players contracts in 19 different countries. We believe that every player needs an agency aside that is willing to plan a career with him/her and fight for him if necessary.
It is important for us that there is good communication and trust between our team and the player – this is the foundation of everything we do. We are always honest and forthright, because only in this way is it possible to give feedback to each other and achieve the goals that have been set.

REPRESENTING YOUTH PLAYERS
We have a common passion for finding talent, helping them find the best possible environment and then supporting their journey in professional basketball. Aivo has extensive experience in this field through his Erkmaa Summer Course, and the cooperation has helped many young people to take a step towards their dream.
EL Basketball Agency is looking for new talent all the time and helping to plan their careers. In co-operation with our contact networks, try-outs are organized in different basketball countries and families are counseled if young players have the opportunity to continue their basketball education abroad.
ERKMAA SUMMER COURSE
2012-2022
The tradition of the Erkmaa Summer Course started in 2012, serving as a meeting place for both players and coaches. In addition to Estonian coaches, coaches from Italy, Germany, Spain, the USA, Serbian, Latvia, Norway and Lithuania have shared knowledge and experience over time. This camp caters to promising young players aspiring to become basketball players. Aivo Erkmaa personally scouts and invites all players to the camp. Over the past 10 years, 255 players and 55 coaches have participated.
During this time, 24 young players have gone abroad with the help of agencies and foreign coaches/scouts from the camp to study basketball in Italy, Germany, Spain, France and the USA. The camp has provided a wealth of experience, knowledge, and has built many contacts and relationships to assist talented players in gaining access to foreign clubs and academies. All this experience is incorporated into the activities of the EL Basketball Agency.

Marten made the decision to pursue a career as a basketball agent at the age of 22 and joined Kokkuta Management in 2013, where he spearheaded the development of the basketball department.
Marten has garnered substantial experience over the years, learning the importance of conducting affairs in the right way and prioritizing the best interests of the players. He thrives on collaboration with individuals who uphold high standards, value discipline and quality, and share ambitious goals along with a strong desire to learn and improve.
Having worked extensively with professional players and aided the younger generation in taking their initial steps, Marten’s lifelong inspiration lies in helping and guiding others. Aivo boasts an impressive coaching career spanning over 30 years, encompassing a diverse range of players, including children, youth, and adults. His extensive experience includes serving as the head coach for various youth national teams for over a decade, as well as coaching in men’s top leagues. Throughout his career, Aivo has successfully mentored, coached and scouted players who have gone on to join European clubs, the NCAA, and the Estonian Men’s National Team.
For Aivo, the thrill of discovering talent has always held greater fascination than the coaching aspect. This passion is embodied in the Erkmaa Summer Course, an annual event since 2012. The camp not only provides international exposure to numerous players and coaches but has also facilitated opportunities for over 20 players to transition to European clubs and academies.
